Gale is also a huge fan of a variety of Australian designers like Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnsonston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry. Gale was also the expert on fashion for the Logies, an Australian television awards. Gale declared in January 2008 that she was stepping down from runway modeling after 15 successful years. In the following weeks on, during the unveiling of the David Jones winter collection in Sydney, Gale walked for the final time on the catwalk. The last dress she donned was her Wonder Woman outfit she was to wear in the upcoming film Justice League of America.
