Gale was a winner of a modeling competition in Perth at 18. Gale was the winner of a modeling competition in Perth when she was of 18. Following a number of years in the modeling industry, Gale became famous when she was chosen as a model in an advertisement for Omnitel, an Italian telecoms company (now Vodafone Italy). Gale was featured in Omnitel's advertisements up to 2006 and was subsequently chosen with the Australian Tourist Commission as the face of Australia to Italy.' Gale's covers include Australian Marie Claire, Grazia and Gioia. Italian and Australian GQ and Maxim. Australian InStyle. Gale also appears in the editorial pages of Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia as well as Australian Cosmopolitan. Gale has collaborated with Italian designers like Gianfranco Fere Genny Gai Mattiolo, and Gianfranco Fere. Gai Mattiolo, and on the runways of Mariella Burani, Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. Gale is also a huge fan of a variety of Australian designers like Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnsonston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry. Gale was also the expert on fashion for the Logies, an Australian television awards. Gale declared in January 2008 that she was stepping down from runway modeling after 15 successful years. In the following weeks on, during the unveiling of the David Jones winter collection in Sydney, Gale walked for the final time on the catwalk. The last dress she donned was her Wonder Woman outfit she was to wear in the upcoming film Justice League of America.
