Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for best actress in Anything Goes. Star Search was her first television appearance at the young age of fifteen. Her next appearances were in Bunheads and Psych as well as Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. Sutton Foster has toured the United States and internationally as a soloist along with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish" which was her debut solo CD as well her second CD, "An evening With Sutton Foster: live at the Caf Carlyle". Ball State University conferred her with an Honorary PhD in the year 2011. As well as being an advisor and professor in the Department of Theatre and Dance She was also conferred the degree from Ball State University. From March to the present she is a TVLand star in the debut series "Younger" developed by Darren Star.
